You already have the documents and files you want to archive in digital form.
The Standard-Version
is the smallest version without OCR (autom. text recognition)
and without barcode recognition.
For a monthly fee of 139.-- € BvLArchivio® in the Business-Version is exactly the right version for you.
The OCR-module is installed in addition to the Standard-Version.
The OCR-module enables you to send from a scanner directly to the archive,
without further editing. The OCR-module is for automated text recognition
of your scanned documents. Every scanned document will be converted automatically into a
searchable PDF-a file, and stored automatically in the archive.
So if you want to archive hardcopies, you need the Business-Version.
The Business-Version is the version most customers rent.
For a monthly fee of 159.-- € BvLArchivio® in the Premium-Version is exactly the right version for you.
In addition to the Business-Version this version also includes a barcode module and a separator page function.
All standard barcodes will be read out automatically on your scanned documents.
The contents of the barcodes is stored automatically as a search term. The separator page function
allows you to archive documents with different numbers of pages in one scanner job.
